India has given gifts 41 Ambulances & 6 School Buses to Nepal on 151 birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Various organizations and NGOs are working across 30 districts including remote districts in the field of health and education in Nepal.

the Indian embassy has gifted nearly 823 ambulances to Nepal till today since 1994, including 41 Ambulances & 6 School Buses.

The first time, India has gifted The ambulances in three distinct classifications of Advance Life Support class, Basic Life Support, and Common Life Support ambulances adhering to the rules of Nepal.

The Advanced Life Support ambulances include features, for example, Ambu bag, various tubes, traveling ventilator, wheelchair and stretcher, radio communication equipment, ECG and Oxygen monitor, nebulizer set, BP apparatus, stethoscope, catheters, automated external defibrillator and 4G mobile device, etc.

The Basic Life Support ambulances have every one of these things, aside from traveling a ventilator. The Common Life Support ambulances are 4 Wheel Drive vehicles and most appropriate for sloping and mountainous territories.
