4 CRPF jawan injured in grenade explodes in the train

Four Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan has been injured in a blast at Raipur station in Chhattisgarh. The state of a CRPF jawan is supposed to be critical.

As indicated by primer reports, a container with an igniter set in the CRPF special train stopped on the platform exploded after it fell on the floor. The incident purportedly occurred at around 6.30 am at which the Jharsuguda to Jammu Tawi train was remaining on the platform.

The jawans of the 211th Battalion of CRPF were going to Jammu by special train. Then, at that point, the grenade (which was kept in the dummy cartridge box) exploded when it was kept in the train bogie. The condition of a CRPF constable is critical.

According to news organization ANI, the harmed CRPF jawans have been taken to a neighborhood medical clinic for treatment.

ANI quoted, “Senior officers of CRPF and local police have reached the railway station. An investigation into the incident has been started.“

Earlier on June 17, there was a blast in a bundle of readymade fabric unloaded from the package van of Secunderabad Darbhanga Express which arrived at Darbhanga Junction from Secunderabad. The train had halted at platform number two at 1:18 pm, then, at that point, the package van began unloaded the bundles of goods.
